    Fresh Apple Split:
    Ingredients-
    Half a green apple
    7-8 branches of mint
    2 squares of chilli flavored chocolate
    1 oz whiskey
    1 oz chocolate liquor (I use a homemade kind made out of dark chocolate)
    1 1/2 oz Amaretto liquor
    Instructions-
    You dice the green apple, and put it in a shaker with the mint branches, and crush them.
    Then pour in the whiskey, Amaretto and chocolate liquor. Add ice, and shake. Strain into
    an old-fashion glass with ice, and decorate with the two squares of chocolate on a toothpick.
    Advise the customer to take a bite of the chocolate and then taste the cocktail.
