  • About
    I graduated from bartending school in 1993 and immediately started working at the Hard Rock Café in Tel-Aviv. After working as supervisor of Planet Hollywood bars, I managed and owned two bars in Tel-Aviv. Having acquired several years of experience in the profession, I started teaching in bartending school, and a few years later I opened BarMaster, my own bartending school. BarMaster teaches more than 2,500 students per year in 8 branches across Israel.
    In 2007 I won the Remy Martin Style Master competition in the Perfect Serve category, and published in Israel the book Cocktail No. 1001. I graduated from Absolut Academy in Sweeden and from Università del Caffé in Italy. I am the founder and president of WBSA.

    Spicy Margarita
    1 1/2 shot of Tequila [1 1/2 of what? a tumbler? or is]
    1 shot of Triple sec
    1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1/2 shot of Monin spicy syrup
    1 tablespoon honey
    Mix all ingredients in electric blender and pour into Margarita glass.
